We collaborate on most everything among our staff and Google Workspace has great tools that make that possible. If you're not already familiar with Google Mail, Sheets, Docs, Calendar and Drive, please watch those tutorials below.
Our revenue comes in from two main categories (1) grants and donations from orgs and individuals and (2) sales of our course materials. That covers our expenses which break down to: 75% Program, 15% Fundraising and 10% Management. We also maintain 8 months of expenses in a cash reserve.
MyREBOOT is our online learning management system that enables all our members (participants, leaders and partners) to get the most out of our trauma healing courses and related content.
To provide clear goals, expectations, and feedback so that each member of the team can significantly multiply their contribution to the company and to their own success.
